Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Python Developer to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and development of Python-based enterprise applications, services and automation.
- Build APIs, tools and reusable engineering components.
- Establish robust testing, code-review and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
- Mentor engineers and partner with architecture/product stakeholders.
- Strong professional Python engineering experience.
- Experience with enterprise application or API design and modern testing/CI-CD practices.




- Senior-manager candidates should demonstrate technical leadership and stakeholder/team management.
