Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Sr Specialist - IT Program Management to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive complex technology programs from planning through implementation.
- Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Establish governance routines and maintain delivery reporting.
- Coordinate engineering, product, architecture and business stakeholders.
- Track program metrics and escalate decisions or blockers appropriately.
- Demonstrated experience managing large technology or engineering programs.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery environments.




- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, risk and dependency-management skills.
