Key Responsibilities

- Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Solution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
- Team Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D; platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Dev SecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.
- Kubernetes Experience: Extensive hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production at scale.
- Core Technologies:
- Kubernetes (K8s)
- Helm




- ArgoCD / Git Ops
- Jenkins and/or Bamboo
- Git version control systems
- IaC & Automation: Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation principles.
- Dev SecOps: Experience implementing secure software delivery pipelines and Dev SecOps practices.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Desired Experience

- Extensive experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes-based systems at scale.
- Proven track record of enhancing Dev SecOps processes and solution delivery maturity.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading teams on technical projects.
- Strong understanding of version control using Git.
