- Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and Service Now development frameworks
- Design and implement workflow solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and custom application components
- Design and configure modern user experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center, and Service Portal
- Create reusable UI components, pages, and experiences aligned with business requirements and UX best practices
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs, SOAP services, and Integration Hub spokes
- Support mobile-first and employee-centric experiences using Service Now's low-code capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now App Engine Studio
- Experience building applications with UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Now data modeling
- Advanced Java Script development skills and Service Now scripting framework experience
- Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Nice to Have :
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

The role focuses on leveraging App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to deliver modern digital solutions, automated workflows, and intuitive employee experiences. You will lead the technical design and development of custom applications, driving innovation while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Service Now best practices.
