Profile: Chartered Accountant

Experience:

- 8-12 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Textile Industry (mandatory)
- Proven experience in managing finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance independently
- Experience in leading and supervising an Accounts & Finance team

Roles:

- Oversee the overall accounting and finance functions of the organization
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis
- Handle internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure accurate accounting records and effective financial controls
- Manage taxation matters, compliance, and tax planning




- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Review profitability, costs, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies

Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- Prior experience in the Textile Industry - Mandatory
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, GST, and statutory compliance
