Profile: Jr. Client Servicing

Experience

- 1 to 2 years in client servicing, event management, or experiential marketing
- Strong freshers with event internship experience can be considered

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend incoming leads from all venues, take client briefings, and make the first contact call
- Schedule and assist in client meetings to understand requirements and present company capabilities
- Explain the company profile, portfolio, and service offerings to clients
- Research event concepts, themes, and trends based on client requirements
- Assist in preparing presentations and creative proposals for clients
- Coordinate with the quotation and design team for budget and proposal preparation
- Follow up with clients after quotation submission for closure and conversion
- Pass client requirements clearly to project heads and the creative team
- Track event execution and keep clients updated on progress
- Maintain valuable relationships with vendors, artists, and venue partners
- Follow company SOPs and protocols for client servicing
- Report regularly to the HOD and senior management

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (BBA, BMS, Mass Communication, or related field preferred)
