Profile: Inventory Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in handling inventory

Roles:

- Manage day-to-day inventory and maintain accurate stock records for automotive products, spare parts, consumables and detailing materials.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and ensure timely system updates.
- Create, track and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with procurement and vendors.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and identify shortages, excess or slow-moving inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations teams for material availability.
- Update stock details in inventory software/ERP; Uniware knowledge preferred.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management.
- Identify and resolve stock mismatches and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred
