Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Project Executive to support the execution of residential and commercial interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil works, interior fit-outs, construction drawings, materials, and site coordination. The role involves working closely with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, quality standards, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior design, and civil construction drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, inventory tracking, and resource management.




• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, measurement records, and other project documentation.
• Track project schedules, identify delays, and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and other interior finishing works.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior execution, construction, or site coordination.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
