Role Purpose
Responsible for managing YOJAK's accounting, financial management, statutory compliance, budgeting, donor reporting and financial controls, ensuring transparency,



accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation and financial records.
• Prepare and monitor annual, project-wise and donor-wise budgets.
• Track budget versus actual expenditure and highlight variances.
• Manage donor financial reporting, utilization statements and project-wise accounts.
• Ensure timely PF, ESIC, TDS, Qualified Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and employee-related financial transactions with HR.
• Manage cash flow, advances, receivables and payables.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and donor audits.
• Prepare monthly financial MIS and management reports.
• Ensure adherence to YOJAK's financial policies, approval processes and internal controls.
• Guide and supervise the Accounts team.

Qualification
• Master's Degree in Finance / Accounts / Commerce or
