Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role. The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales operations at the Automall,



including managing customer inquiries, explaining auction processes, and promoting available inventory of pre-owned vehicles and assets. The role involves coordinating and executing local sales and bidding events, maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in meeting revenue and volume targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams on marketing activities and lead follow-up. The role may also include overseeing a small team, guiding sales executives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to engage prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
• Experience in retail sales, automotive, equipment, or financial services sectors is preferred.
