Job Description: Junior Architect

Qualification: B.Arch

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect with 3+ years of experience in architectural design, working drawings, construction documentation, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.

Develop architectural details for doors, windows, flooring, toilets, kitchens, staircases, ceilings, façades, and finishes.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants.

Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors,



and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Assist with material selection, finish specifications, and drawing revision control.

Eligibility & Skills

B.Arch from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; residential, commercial, or high-rise project experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and site execution.

Mandatory Software Skills: AutoCAD and MS Office/MS Excel.

Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
