Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, covering positions across the kitchen team (Head Chef, Senior CDP, CDP, Commis) and front-of-house (Restaurant Manager, Barista). Kitchen team members are responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, plating, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with the front-of-house to ensure smooth service. The Head Chef and senior kitchen roles oversee menu execution, stock management, kitchen operations, and mentoring junior team members.



Front-of-house team members manage guest seating, order taking, coffee and beverage preparation, and overall customer experience, including handling feedback and resolving issues promptly. All team members collaborate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming setting, support opening and closing procedures, and uphold Joon Specialty Coffee’s quality and service standards.
Qualifications

• Strong food preparation and cooking skills with attention to taste, presentation, and consistency.
