Role Description The Research Development – Pharmaceuticals role at PharVinex International is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, planning, and executing pharmaceutical research projects to support new product development and optimization of existing formulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, analyzing experimental data, documenting findings, and preparing technical reports and presentations for internal teams and business partners. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality, regulatory, production, and marketing to align research outcomes with market and compliance needs. The individual in this role will also support troubleshooting in manufacturing, contribute to process improvements, and ensure that all research activities follow relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D; processes, regulatory guidelines, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced setting.
