Multiplier AI is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who can ensure smooth daily operations, track task completion, and maintain accountability across teams.

? Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor workflows, deadlines, and operational activities.
• Escalate delays and bottlenecks directly to senior leadership.
• Maintain tracking sheets, coordination logs, and daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and systems.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and data tracking.




• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Solid organizational skills, urgency, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidates residing within approximately 45 minutes of the Noida office are preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
