Role Description The Applied AI Engineer will design, build, and refine machine learning models that power Wiglo’s assessment and scoring systems, ensuring they remain accurate, transparent,



and aligned with the product’s privacy-first principles. In this full time, on-site role based in Pune Division, the engineer will work closely with co-founders and product teammates to translate risk and HR domain expertise into robust AI pipelines, from data preprocessing through deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with pattern recognition techniques, developing and training neural network architectures, and applying NLP methods to interpret user input. The role also involves implementing production-quality software components, monitoring model performance, and iterating on algorithms based on feedback and new product features. The engineer will contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and help shape the long-term AI roadmap for Wiglo.
