Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Gurugram. The Collections Specialist will manage and monitor outstanding accounts, follow up with customers to ensure timely cash collection,



and negotiate payment plans where needed. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries related to payments, and documenting all collection activities in internal systems. The specialist will work closely with finance and customer service teams to reconcile accounts, minimize delinquencies, and support accurate reporting. The position also requires adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and negotiating payment solutions.
