About the Role
Orchids The International School is looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused candidates to join as Parent Relationship Managers (PRMs). The role involves managing parent enquiries, guiding families through the admission process, handling leads and building strong parent relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, events and referrals.
• Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
• Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
• Guide parents through the admission and documentation process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Address parent queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support admission and business development targets.
• Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.
Requirements
• MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's Degree
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Confident in speaking with parents and stakeholders.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Salary & Incentives
• MBA: ₹4.20 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.20 LPA
• B.E./B.Tech: ₹4.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.00 LPA
• Other Bachelor's Degree: ₹3.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹4.00 LPA
