Zenith Suites is looking for a driven, detail-oriented and growth-minded Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in Vrindavan.
We’re looking for someone who understands numbers, takes ownership and wants to learn how businesses operate financially. This role goes beyond maintaining books of accounts — you'll work closely with management on expense control, budgeting, financial planning, fund allocation and investment tracking.

What You'll Do• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records using Tally.
• Track expenses, verify invoices, monitor payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management and financial forecasting.
• Analyse expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor profitability.
• Support financial planning, execution and allocation of funds across business operations.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements and financial summaries for management.
• Maintain bank reconciliations and coordinate with vendors, accountants and CA firms.




• Track investments and assist management with basic financial analysis and returns evaluation.

What We're Looking For• A B.Com, BBA Finance or equivalent graduate.
• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with solid practical skills are welcome.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership and the ability to turn plans into execution.
• Someone who is hungry to grow, take on responsibility and understand the bigger picture of business finance.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vrindavan.
