About the Role
We're looking for Business Executives to join Aurbigo's founding team, working across finance, business development, and operations to help build the company from the ground up. You'll get hands-on ownership across financial tracking, vendor/customer onboarding, and sales & marketing — with room to specialize based on your strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, expenses, and bookkeeping; support budgeting, cost tracking, and revenue reporting
- Analyze app usage, sales, and vendor onboarding data; build dashboards/reports for business reviews




- Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer and vendor onboarding; explain offers, features, and platform usage
- Identify and pursue new vendor partnership opportunities; support lead generation and merchant relationship management
- Identify and engage vendors/customers through field visits and digital outreach; plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Support vendor acquisition drives and track performance and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools; resolve queries and gather feedback for internal teams
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Operations (or a related stream); graduates with equivalent practical experience also considered
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making
- Comfort working with local Odisha markets and small business owners
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM, spread
