A rapid-scaling EdTech innovator with a mission to democratize learning across Tier 2/3 cities in India, we build data-driven growth strategies and scalable sales ecosystems to drive adoption of digital education platforms among schools, coaching centers, and students. Our BDA teams operate at the intersection of education, technology, and business development—crafting hyper-local GTM plays that convert awareness into enrollment at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and onboard academic institutions, coaching centers, and student communities across assigned geographies.
• Design and execute territory-specific outreach campaigns using CRM, WhatsApp, and local influencer networks.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor value propositions for K-12, JEE/NEET, and competitive exam segments.
• Track and report pipeline metrics (lead conversion, deal size, cycle time) to optimize field execution.




• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure contract compliance with SLAs and revenue targets.
• Collect market feedback and translate insights into product and pricing recommendations for growth teams.
