Role Description The Team Lead role at DUCAT India is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.



The Team Lead will oversee a team of trainers, coordinators, or support staff, ensuring training delivery meets organizational quality standards and learner expectations. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring daily operations, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues to maintain smooth functioning of batches and programs. The role involves coordinating with management on training schedules, reporting performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The Team Lead will also mentor team members, support communication with learners and corporate partners, and contribute to enhancing the overall training and placement ecosystem.
