Role Description

Plan The Unplanned is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Inbound Sales Intern to manage incoming customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital communication channels.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that every customer inquiry receives a timely response, relevant information is collected, and qualified leads are directed to the appropriate sales team member for further assistance and conversion.

The intern will act as the first point of contact for potential travelers, helping maintain smooth communication between customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Acknowledge customer inquiries professionally and provide basic information about trips, treks, and available departures.




- Understand customer requirements, including destination preferences, travel dates, group size, and specific requests.
- Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team members for further follow-up and conversion.
- Ensure no customer inquiries are missed or left unattended.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, customer details, and lead assignments in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Handle basic customer questions and redirect booking-related or complex inquiries to the relevant team.
- Assist with managing inquiries for customized trips, corporate outings, and group bookings.
- Support the team with other sales coordination and customer communication activities as required.
