What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.




• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and organizational development.
• Collaborate with admin, IT, and travel management teams as part of the HR function.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in an education or EdT
