• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related STEM disciplines
Job description
• Design structured teacher training programs aligned with NEP and STEM education frameworks
• Develop bootcamps, certification pathways, and teacher career development modules
• Conduct teacher training workshops and mock classroom sessions
• Provide academic coordination and support for program implementation
• Mentor teachers during classroom rollout and provide structured feedback
• Develop training resources, facilitator manuals, and implementation guides
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless execution
• Contribute to program monitoring, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to facilitate long-term teacher training programs and bootcamps.
• Willingness to travel across India as required
• Ability to handle and demonstrate STEM hardware kits
