Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their fire protection and detection needs,



present suitable technical solutions, and support the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and technical documentation, conducting site visits and assessments, coordinating with design and project teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves building solid client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring that proposed solutions comply with safety standards and company quality policies. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, participate in presentations and product demonstrations, and maintain accurate records of opportunities, leads, and customer interactions.
