Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and promoting UEIBI’s EMPLOYEE REVIEW SYSTEM to decision-makers in HR and leadership teams.



Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating leads, delivering product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities, track sales pipelines, and provide regular performance reports. The role also involves attending industry events, gathering client feedback, and contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
