Apple Tours is a travel and event management company specializing in destination weddings, corporate events, MICE, conferences, hotel bookings, guest logistics and transportation.
We are expanding our events business and looking for a well-connected hospitality qualified to join us on a freelance, commission basis.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel & Venue Relations
• Meet hotel sales heads, banquet managers and event managers regularly
• Negotiate competitive rates for rooms, banquets and F&B; packages
• Collect updated wedding packages and special offers for our clients

Client Meetings & Conversion
• Meet wedding families, planners and corporate decision-makers
• Understand requirements and budgets, and coordinate venue visits
• Work with our team on proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up until advance payment and confirmation

Weddings & Social Events
• Generate leads for destination weddings and social events
• Coordinate accommodation,



banquets, décor, transport, airport transfers and guest management

Corporate Events & MICE
• Connect with HR, Admin and Procurement teams
• Convert enquiries for conferences, incentives, meetings and exhibitions into confirmed business

Requirements
• Experience in hotel sales, event sales, weddings, MICE or travel
• Strong network with hotels, venues, wedding planners or corporate clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to generate leads and close deals independently
• Willing to travel across Rajasthan for meetings and site visits

Compensation
• Attractive Commission on confirmed business
• Additional incentives for achieving targets
• Retainer + commission available for experienced candidates
