Role Overview :-

CreditSea is seeking a finance skilled to join its Treasury team. The role supports fund raising, liquidity and cash flow management, lender relationships, and regulatory and compliance reporting for our NBFC operations, with a sharp emphasis on accuracy and control.

As CreditSea scales its loan book, a strong treasury function is critical to ensuring
liquidity, optimizing the cost of funds, and maintaining healthy lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Fund Raising: Support raising of debt funding (term loans, working capital lines, NCDs, co-lending and direct assignment/securitization) from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Lender Management: Prepare lender presentations,



information memoranda, and due-diligence packs; coordinate sanction terms, documentation, and drawdowns.
• Covenant Compliance: Track and ensure compliance with loan covenants, financial ratios, and portfolio triggers.
• Liquidity Management: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts aligned to disbursement and collection patterns; ensure adequate liquidity for disbursements and repayments.
• ALM & Investments: Monitor Asset Liability Management, support structural and dynamic liquidity reporting, and manage surplus funds within approved policy.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare lender MIS, portfolio cuts, and compliance certificates; support RBI returns and ALM filings; ensure adherence to RBI guidelines for NBFCs, including borrowing norms.
