• Framework Mastery: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA; deep understanding of internals and tuning
• Code-Level Architecture: Refactoring large codebases, modularization, dependency management
• Performance Engineering: Profiling, bottleneck analysis, latency optimization, throughput tuning
• Concurrency & Scaling: Async programming, thread pools, back-pressure, reactive patterns
• Integration Depth: Kafka internals, messaging guarantees, retries, idempotency, failure handling
• Database Optimization: Query tuning, indexing strategies, transaction boundaries, locking behavior
• Runtime Diagnostics: Heap dumps, thread dumps, GC logs, flame graphs
• Observability at Code Level: Log design, metrics instrumentation, tracing propagation

• Support SRE teams during high-severity incidents with deep technical insight
• Guide teams on productive use of frameworks, libraries, and platforms
• Reduce technical debt through targeted refactoring and architectural cleanup
