Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage executive priorities, coordinate across departments, and ensure timely execution of key business initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up capabilities, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Meeting Management: Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and track action items to closure.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with teams such as Marketing, Sales,



Finance, HR, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Task & Project Tracking: Maintain trackers for key business initiatives, deadlines, deliverables, and pending decisions.
- Business Reporting: Compile reports, presentations, and updates required for management reviews and decision-making.
- Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive business information and documents with discretion.
- Administrative Support: Organise business documents, maintain records, and support other CEO-office requirements as needed.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Management Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/G
