We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships and manage presales activities in the MEP and Fire Protection sector.
Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and consultants, managing tendering and presales activities, and converting project enquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Protection, HVAC, PHE and related engineering projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project management companies and end clients.
• Identify relevant tenders, project enquiries and upcoming opportunities in the market.
• Coordinate tender preparation, BOQ review, estimation, costing and technical-commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations,



proposals and presentations and follow up with clients for negotiations and order conversion.
• Maintain a project pipeline, prepare sales forecasts and provide regular business development reports to management.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, purchase and project teams to ensure commercially viable proposals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and potential projects to support business growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience• MBA in Marketing, Business Development or a relevant discipline preferred. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline will be an advantage.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or presales within MEP, Fire Protection, HVAC, PHE, EPC or engineering project industries.
