We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, track payments and expenses, and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for tax-related matters and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and records of income, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Manage client invoices, payment tracking, vendor bills, and expense records.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.




• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with payroll calculations, salary records, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly expense summaries and basic financial reports.
• Organise and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for taxation, compliance, and financial documentation.
• Track outstanding payments and maintain updated financial records.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, or MBA Finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial management.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets is preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
