Job Purpose
To lead and manage state-level business operations in Odisha, focusing on business growth, collection efficiency, portfolio quality, team management, and achievement of organizational targets in the three-wheeler vehicle finance segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales, collection, and refinance operations across Odisha.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Drive three-wheeler vehicle loan sourcing through dealers, DSAs, and other business channels.
- Monitor collection performance, overdue accounts, and NPA recovery.




- Ensure effective management of portfolio quality and minimize credit losses.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor branch teams to improve productivity.
- Review branch-wise performance, business reports, collection targets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other departments for smooth business functioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline; MBA will be preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in vehicle finance, preferably in the NBFC sector.
- Prior experience in handling state-level or multi-branch operations is preferred.
