About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head / Business Development Qualified to generate and close high-value projects in landscaping, horticulture, landscape maintenance, swimming pools, pergolas, and outdoor solutions.

Key Responsibilities• Generate and close high-value business opportunities.
• Build relationships with hotels, resorts, corporates, developers, builders, hospitals, schools, and institutions.
• Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and project closures.
• Develop AMC contracts and recurring maintenance business.




• Establish strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, Procurement Heads, and Facility Managers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain profitability, business margins, and client relationships.

Candidate Requirements• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong industry network and corporate relationships.
• Proven record of handling and closing large-value projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing ₹10 Cr+ annual business portfolios preferred.
• Target-driven, independent, and commercially strong.
