Role Description The Head of Engineering is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankleshwar,



overseeing engineering operations across Cadila’s API manufacturing units. This role is responsible for leading and managing engineering teams, ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant equipment and infrastructure. The Head of Engineering will plan and execute engineering projects, drive continuous improvement in processes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Daily activities include coordinating cross-functional project work, setting technical direction, managing budgets and timelines, and resolving complex engineering issues. The role also involves mentoring engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation, and partnering with production, quality, and R&D; to support manufacturing scale-up and efficiency.
