Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks, including:
• CNNs for image-based tasks
• Graph-based models (GCN or similar)
• Advanced architectures such as KAN or equivalent
• Fine-tune large pre-trained models on small, specialized datasets (image +

clinical/text descriptors)

• Implement feature selection techniques (LASSO Regression, Random

Forest, etc.) to remove redundant or insignificant features

• Design and implement multi-modal fusion architectures combining image

and text data

• Define and optimize custom loss functions enforcing cross-modal

consistency and complementary learning





• Evaluate models using task-specific metrics for classification,

segmentation, and object detection

• Support multi-label classification strategies and guide data annotation

approaches

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Proven expertise in model optimization and performance evaluation
• Experience with multi-modal learning (image + text)
• Ability to work independently in an R&D-focused;, fast-iteration setup
