Now, we're moving from broad employability training towards precise job-role training backed by practical work, personal growth, professional visibility and employer validation.

Who we're looking for

Founding Partner | Learning & Career Development

Someone with meaningful experience in one or more of these areas:
• L&D;, corporate training or talent development
• EdTech, skilling or employability programmes
• Curriculum design, assessments and practical learning
• Higher education, career services or trainer development
• Building and scaling learning programmes from 0 to 1

You'll help shape the learning methodology, design role-specific programmes, build assessment systems, develop trainers and establish a measurable framework for learner outcomes.

• This is not a salaried job or an advisory position. It is an active, operating co-founder opportunity for someone who wants to build, experiment, sell the vision and take responsibility for outcomes.
