Role Description:

This is a full time, on-site role for an ERP & IT Executive - Trainee based in Rajkot. The role involves assisting in the implementation, configuration,



and day-to-day operation of ERP systems used for manufacturing and service processes. The trainee or executive will support routine IT operations, including system monitoring, user account management, and basic hardware and software maintenance. Daily responsibilities include responding to user queries, providing first-level technical support, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff. The role also includes learning and applying best practices in data security, network usage, and system backups, while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth ERP and IT workflows.
