Role Description The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation activities for the boutique hotel, ensuring accurate, effective, and guest-focused booking processes. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area includes managing room inventory, responding to reservation inquiries, and confirming bookings via phone,



email, and online channels. The role involves coordinating with front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy, optimize revenue, and ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival to check-out. The Reservations Manager will handle guest requests and changes, maintain reservation records, and monitor booking trends and reports. Additional responsibilities include training team members on reservation procedures, upholding service standards, and supporting promotional offers and packages.

• Strong reservations and booking management skills, including experience with hotel reservation systems and channel managers.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
