Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Malappuram,Thrissur,Trivandrum,Kannur. The Sales Manager will lead student recruitment and enrollment initiatives, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing admissions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting consultations with prospective students and families,



and presenting course offerings and placement benefits clearly and persuasively. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, preparing reports, and coordinating with academic and marketing teams to align outreach activities with institutional goals. The Sales Manager will also oversee follow-ups, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems, and support events such as open houses, seminars, and campus visits.
Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in education or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage prospective students and stakeholders effectively.
