Role Description The Accounts & Compliances role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram Sec 14. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance,



accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The team member will handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. They will support internal and external audits, maintain documentation, and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders. The role also includes monitoring adherence to company policies, assisting in process improvements for finance and compliance functions, and preparing regular reports for management.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, income tax, and familiarity with Indian corporate and regulatory requirements.
