Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities 1) Direct the full lifecycle of complex IT programs, software applications, and continuous system optimizations to ensure on-time, within-scope, and value-driven delivery. 2) Drive delivery frameworks and Agile best practices to promote continuous delivery, high team velocity, and strong cross-functional collaboration. 3) Oversee multi-project budgets, resource forecasting, and financial allocation to maximize operational efficiency and program outcomes. 4) Serve as the primary bridge between executive business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to align business strategy with IT execution. 5) Proactively identify project risks, engineer robust mitigation strategies, and resolve complex roadblocks during execution. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1)



Minimum 18 years of progressive IT experience, with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar program portfolios. 2) Expertise in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies and end-to-end SDLC lifecycle management. 3) Solid proficiency in portfolio budgeting, vendor management, resource planning, and financial forecasting. 4) Executive-level communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. 5) Hands-on experience in data engineering, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics is highly preferred.
