Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit for various roles, and support hiring managers with selection decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines,
updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, coordinating training needs with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.
