We have a requirement for Netowrk Planner for Isha Life, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end product development activities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects. Owner of the timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Product Development, Packaging, Artwork & Design, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing/Operations, and external vendors.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports, ensuring clear visibility of progress, priorities, risks, and critical timelines.
• Drive timely completion of activities and approvals through structured follow-ups and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays; proactively escalate issues and support teams in resolving them.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, prototypes, packaging components, development inputs, and other project requirements, where applicable.




• Ensure smooth handoffs between different stages of the product development process and alignment on specifications and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on critical-path activities and launch timelines.
• Support process improvements to strengthen product development planning, tracking, communication, and execution.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, follow-up, and execution capabilities.
• Solid understanding of product development / NPD workflows and stage-gate or milestone-based processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / G
