About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop Client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills and experience in B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, businesses, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, networking, and market visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and negotiate with clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and customer database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
