We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS), and achieving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential customers and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research,



audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements based on impressions, clicks, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, ROI, and ROAS.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, audience groups, and campaign formats through A/B testing.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns to engage potential customers and improve conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve lead-generation and revenue targets.
• Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and relevant analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.
