Pre-Sales Executive (Sales Trainee) — Holistic Group, Vashi
No real estate experience needed. We will teach you the business. You bring the conversation.
Holistic Group builds and sells homes across Navi Mumbai, Karjat and Raigad — second homes and villas at Trulife and Goodlife, and first homes closer to the city. We have been doing it since 2018, from our office at Real Tech Park, Vashi.
We are hiring Pre-Sales Executives to be the first voice a buyer hears.
What the job actually is
Someone sees our project online and leaves their number. You call them. In the next ten minutes you find out who they are, what they are looking for, what their budget really is, and whether we have anything that fits. If we do, you book them a site visit and hand them to a Sales Manager.
That is the whole job, and it is harder than it sounds. A family buying a home is making one of the largest decisions of their life, often over several months, with a spouse and parents involved. Your job is to listen properly, ask the right questions,



and be straight with them — including when the honest answer is that we are not right for them.
You will be on the phone for most of the day. You will not be travelling to our sites — this is a desk and telephone job at our Vashi office.
Who we are looking for
• A graduate in any discipline. What you studied does not matter.
• Explicit, confident English, and fluent Hindi. Marathi is a real advantage.
• Someone people find easy to talk to, and who finds it easy to listen.
• Comfortable being on the phone all day, and comfortable being measured on results.
• Living in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan or nearby — you need to get to Vashi every day.

We are not asking for sales experience. If you have worked in hospitality, aviation, banking, counselling, retail or a call centre, you already have most of what this needs. Freshers are welcome.
What we offer
• Fixed salary of Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month to start, and up to Rs 40,000 if you alread
