Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads,



and building a strong sales pipeline for Synzent’s AI and automation solutions. The role involves conducting market research, engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, and clearly articulating the value of Synzent’s products and services. The individual will manage relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations to close deals. The role also includes tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.
