We are seeking a energetic, strategic, and high-performing National Project Sales Head to lead our B2B institutional and project sales vertical across India. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving multi-crore revenue growth, expanding our footprints in premium real estate projects, and building deep, lasting relationships with top-tier Architects, Interior Designers, PMC (Project Management Consultants), Developers, and Turnkey Contractors.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth

* Own the national project sales target and develop comprehensive strategic blueprints to penetrate commercial, residential, infrastructure, and hospitality sectors.
* Drive full P&L; accountability for the project sales vertical, ensuring healthy gross margins and strict adherence to pricing compliance.




* Identify emerging market trends and shift channels to align Paré Innovations’ premium product portfolio with large-scale upcoming projects.

2. Key Account & Specifier Management

* Map and build relationships with top-tier A&D; (Architects & Designers) communities, key real estate developers, top PMC firms (e.g., JLL, CBRE), and major corporate clients.
* Lead high-stakes negotiations and close high-value commercial contracts and enterprise-wide rate agreements.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

* Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of Regional Project Managers and Business Development Executives across North, South, East, and West zones.
* Implement robust CRM practices to monitor the sales pipeline from specification stages to final ordering, delivery, and payment collection.
* Collaborate closely with R&D;, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations to ensure timely supply execution and customization viability for custom project requirements.
