Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with property owners and tenants, serving as a primary point of contact for queries, concerns, and service requests. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining service offerings, coordinating with internal teams for tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance, and legal support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.



The role involves regular follow-ups to track service delivery, collecting feedback to improve client experience, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The Relationship Manager will also support business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and enhance customer retention.
